NDA Salary Structure 2024
NDA trainees receive a monthly stipend of INR 56,100 for three years, starting at Level 10 of the pay matrix. After training, their initial salary remains INR 56,100 monthly, potentially increasing to INR 2,50,000 based on rank and tenure, inclusive of allowances like DA, MSP, Grade Pay, HRA, and Transport Allowance.
Additional allowances such as High Altitude Allowance, Counter Insurgency Allowance, and Field Area Allowance apply depending on posting and service conditions. The highest salary, INR 2,50,000, is reached by those attaining the rank of Chief of Army Staff (COAS) through promotions. NDA Salary Structure 2024 During Training
Officers start getting paid and getting perks as soon as they start NDA training, but they don't become commissioned officers until they finish the 3-year training. Candidates get a salary that matches their training time, which includes any applicable allowances. Different Allowances in NDA Salary Structure 2024
