UPSC posts list contains total of 24 posts available after CSE. These 24 UPSC posts are divided into three categories: 1.) All India Services, 2.) Group A Civil Services and 3.) Group B Civil Services.

Group A services are considered the highest civil services in India. These include Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and many more. Group A employees have important tasks in management and decision-making.

All India Services (AIS): The All India Services (AIS) consists of two main services, the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and the Indian Police Service (IPS). These units have officers assigned to various states and union territories and play an important role in state-level administration. They are also included in Group A services.
