Is there any Delivery charge involved?
Delivery charges will depend upon the Cart Value. Currently we offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 500.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all orders which are within 3 - 5 working days (major cities).Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for areas falling into remote locations or in situations of strikes, natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situation beyond our reasonable control, the Delivery might take anywhere from 15 to 20 days maximum.
What communications are sent to Students
Our customers will receive communications regarding their order through SMS, Whatsapp Broadcast regularly on mentioned events:
When your order is Placed
When your order is Assigned to a logistic company
When your order is Picked from our Warehouse
When your order is delivered.
When your order is Returned.
When you get a refund for your order.
When your order is not delivered until 5 days after Dispatch, having the reason of Non-Delivery and new Tentative Delivery date.
When your order is not delivered until 10 days after Dispatch, having the reason for Non-Delivery and new Tentative Delivery date.
If your order is not delivered until 15-20 days after dispatch we will initiate a refund for your order.
What if I receive the product in damaged condition?
If you find the product in a damaged condition then you can fill out our “Return and Replace” form in this your Damaged order will be picked up from your address and a new order will be dispatched to you. (Applicable for selected products only).Alternatively, users can fill out the “Return and Refund” form in which we will pick up their Damaged order and refund the amount once it is picked up from their address. (Applicable for selected products only).
