On May 13, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the CBSE Result 2024 Class 10 and CBSE Result Class 12. 

This year, an impressive 87.98% of students successfully cleared the CBSE Class 12 exams, while 93.60% passed Class 10. Girls have once again outperformed boys in both categories. CBSE Result 2024 Out

The CBSE Class 10 exams were held from February 15 to March 13, while the Class 12 exams were held from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both examinations were conducted in a single shift, running from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM.

Around 39 lakh students from approximately 26 countries—participated in these exams. In Delhi alone, 5.80 lakh students sat for the CBSE Board exams 2024, distributed across 877 examination centers.

However, Trivandrum emerged as the top-performing district this year in both CBSE 10th and 12th results, showcasing exceptional academic prowess. Notably, the CBSE has decided to discontinue the tradition of announcing merit lists for the top-performing students in both Class 10th and 12th exams to reduce the feeling of competition among the students.

CBSE 12th Result 2024 Region Wise

Today, on May 13, 2024, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results for the Class 12 board exams. With a notable achievement, the overall pass rate stands at 87.98%. However, the board has decided to not make any topper lists because of the students who might feel bad or due to the competitive rush. CBSE Board Results 2024: Supplementary Exam Dates Out

For students who received supplementary marks, there's no need to feel discouraged because it's a normal part of life. What matters most is making the most of the second opportunity. According to the official schedule, the CBSE class 12 supplementary exam is scheduled for July 15. The process for verifying the marks will be open from May 17 to 21.

How to Calculate CBSE Board Results 2024?

Since the CBSE Board Result 2024 has been released, aspirants can calculate their pass percentage using a simple formula. Just add up the marks you've obtained in all five subjects. Then, divide the total by 500 and multiply by 100. This will give them their pass percentage.

CBSE Result 2024: How to Check via UMANG App?

To access their CBSE exam result, aspirants can follow these steps:

Step 1:- Download the UMANG app onto their device.

Step 2:- Navigate to the Services section and locate CBSE.

Step 3:- Sign in with their credentials using either OTP or MPIN.

Step 4:- Enter their registration number and any other required information. Then, proceed by submitting.

Step 5:- The result will be displayed on the screen for their reference.

CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2024: Passing Criteria

To successfully pass the exam, candidates must achieve a minimum of 33 marks out of 100 in each subject. In subjects with both practical and theory components, candidates need to score 33 percent marks in each section separately. For theory exams in Maths, Science, Social Science, and English, students must score at least 27 marks out of 80. Additionally, for practical exams, candidates must attain a minimum of 6 marks out of 20 to clear the examination.
