SSC MTS Previous Year Question Paper:- The SSC MTS Exam is a national-level opportunity for 10th-pass candidates aiming to secure a government job under the Central Government. Conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), this exam fills various Group C non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts such as Havaldar, Peon, Chowkidar, Mali, and more across different ministries and departments.

As per the SSC Calendar, the official SSC MTS Notification 2025 will be released on 26th June 2025 at www.ssc.gov.in, along with details of MTS and Havaldar vacancies. The online application process will begin on 26th June and continue until 24th July 2025. What is SSC MTS?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is the central government body responsible for conducting recruitment exams, including the SSC MTS Exam. This national-level examination is held to recruit eligible candidates for various Group-C posts under the General Central Service. These posts are non-gazetted and non-ministerial and are spread across multiple ministries, departments, and offices under the Government of India. 

Candidates selected through the SSC MTS recruitment process are appointed in Pay Band-1, which ranges from ₹5,200 to ₹20,200, along with a Grade Pay of ₹1,800. The SSC MTS and Havaldar exam opens the door to multiple job profiles such as:
