Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements

Clearing the CBT is only the first stage. Candidates must also meet the physical standards to qualify for Document Verification.

For Male Candidates:

  • Lift and carry 35 kg for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes (one chance).

  • Run a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds (one chance).

For Female Candidates:
