CBSE Syllabus Class 10 Science

The CBSE Class 10 Science exam for 2025–26 will be held on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The subject code for Science is 086. The theory paper will carry 80 marks, and there is an internal assessment component of 20 marks, making a total of 100 marks for the Science subject. 4. Practise Diagrams

Diagrams are a very important part of the science syllabus class 10 CBSE because they help you understand processes and also score marks. Biology, Physics, and Chemistry chapters include diagrams like human heart, stomata, electric circuit, ray diagrams, and chemical apparatus. 

• Draw diagrams like Amoeba, Neuron, Eye, Heart, Human Brain, Magnetic Field lines, and Ray Diagrams step by step and label every part neatly so that you score full marks for diagram-based questions.

• Use a pencil for diagrams and practise them again and again, because neat and clear diagrams make your answers stronger in the board exam and show that you understand the topic.
