  • Candidates must adhere to NTA guidelines for uploading photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions, besides complying with document format and size requirements.

  • Photo guidelines include ensuring the image is recent, with 80% of the face visible against a white background, without a mask.

  • The scanned passport photo should be between 10 KB to 200 KB in size, ensuring clarity.

  • The scanned Postcard photo (4”x6”) should also be between 10 KB to 200 KB in size, ensuring clarity.

  • Only JPG or JPEG formats are accepted for photographs.

NEET UG 2024 Application Form Signature Upload Guidelines

  • The scanned signature must fall within the range of 4 KB to 30 KB.

  • Only the JPG file format is accepted.

  • Signatures should be made using a black ballpoint pen on white paper.

  • They must be written in running letters and not in full capital letters.

  • It is crucial to ensure that one's signature is uploaded. Uploading someone else's signature will result in the cancellation of candidature and will be considered an Unfair Means Case. Additionally, criminal action may be initiated by the laws of the land.

NEET UG 2024 Application Form Thumb Impression Upload Guidelines

  • Candidates are required to place their left and right-hand fingers and thumb impressions according to the provided template.

  • The file size must range between 10 KB to 200 KB.

  • Any unclear left and right-hand fingers and thumb impressions submitted in online application forms will be rejected.

  • Thumb impressions must be visible and legible.

How to Fill NEET 2024 Application Form

Step 1: Visit the NEET 2024 website at www.neet.ntaonline.in.

Step 2: Click on the 'New Candidate Register Here' tab or directly visit https://neet.ntaonline.in/frontend/web/registration/index?-open-reg.
