List Of Documents Required For CUET Application Form 2025:- CUET 2025 application process has officially started, and students who wish to take admission in undergraduate courses offered by central and other participating universities can now fill out the application form online at cuet.nta.nic.in. It is very important for candidates to first check the eligibility criteria before starting the registration process. The CUET 2025 application form can only be filled online, and candidates will have to pay the registration fee depending on their category, number of subjects selected, and exam city. The fee payment can be made easily using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Students should also remember some key dates, the last date to submit the CUET UG 2025 form is March 22, 2025, and if they need to make any corrections, they can do so from March 24, 2025, when the correction window will open. 1.  Recent Passport-Size Photograph

A recent colour photograph of the candidate is a compulsory requirement. This photograph will be used on the admit card and other official records. Important guidelines for uploading the photo:

• Background: Preferably white or light-coloured.

• Type: A clear and straight-facing photo, without wearing a cap, mask, or sunglasses.

• Format: JPEG or JPG format.

• File size: Should be between 10 KB to 200 KB.

• Ensure that your full face is visible, and the photo is not too dark or blurry.

2. Candidate’s Signature

Along with the photograph, candidates also need to upload their signature, which will be used for official verification and documents.
Important guidelines for uploading the signature:

• Background: Signature should be done on plain white paper.

• Ink colour: Use black or blue pen for signing.

• Format: JPEG or JPG format.

• File size: Should be between 4 KB to 30 KB.

• The signature should be clear and not in capital letters. Make sure it matches the signature in other official documents, as it may be verified later.

3. Category Certificate (If Applicable)

Candidates applying under reserved categories like SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes - Non-Creamy Layer), GEN-EWS (Economically Weaker Section), and PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) must upload a valid and updated category certificate. Important guidelines for the category certificate:

• Format: PDF format.

• File size: Should be between 50 KB to 300 KB.

• Issuing authority: The certificate should be issued by a competent government authority (e.g., Tehsildar, District Magistrate).

• Validity: The certificate should be valid and up to date as per the latest government norms.

• Purpose: This certificate is required to claim reservation benefits during admission.

4. PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) Certificate (If Applicable)

Candidates who wish to apply under the PwBD category must upload their valid disability certificate, which mentions the percentage and type of disability. Important points to remember:

• Format: PDF format.

• File size: Should be between 50 KB to 300 KB.

• Issuing authority: Certificate should be issued by an authorised medical board or government hospital.

• Purpose: To avail of reservation and facilities for physically disabled candidates.

5. Income Certificate for EWS (If Applicable)

How to Fill CUET UG Application Form 2025?

Step 1: Registration

To start the CUET 2025 application process:

1. Go to cuet.nta.nic.in and click on 'New Candidate Registration Here'.

2. Before proceeding, read all guidelines and instructions provided on the screen to avoid mistakes.

3. You need to fill in personal and contact details such as:

• Full Name

• Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, or Guardian’s Name

• Date of Birth (select from the drop-down menu)

• Gender and Nationality

• Select a valid Photo Identity Type (like Aadhaar, Passport) and enter its number

• Permanent and Present Address with Pincode

• Email ID and Mobile Number (for communication)

4. Set a password (8-13 characters, including special, uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters).

5. Choose a security question and write its answer for future login recovery.

6. Check all filled information carefully.

7. Enter the OTP received on your mobile for verification.

8. After successful registration, you will get a Username and Password on your registered email and SMS. Use them to log in and continue filling out the application form.

Step 2: Filling Application Form

Once registered, log in using your credentials and complete the application form by providing information in the following sections:

A. Personal Details (Some auto-filled from registration)

• PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disability) status

• Parents’ Qualification and Occupation

• Annual Family Income

• Are you a Twin? (Yes/No)

• Domicile State

• Diabetic confirmation (Yes/No)

• Place of Residence (Urban/Rural)

• Mode of Preparation (Self-study/Coaching)

• Medium of study in qualifying exam (English/Hindi/Other)

• Other categories like BPL, Kashmiri Migrant, Defence Quota, NCC Quota, Sports Quota, Ward of University Employee, etc.

B. Education Details

Fill details of Class 10 and Class 12 (or equivalent) exams:

• Result Status (Passed/Appearing)

• Year of Passing

• Type of School/College (Government/Private)

• School/College Name and Address

• Board Name

• Roll Number

• Result Mode (Percentage/Grade)

• Marks Obtained and Total Marks

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection

• Choose two exam cities (state and city) as per your preference where you wish to take the CUET exam.

Step 4: University and Programme Selection

• Select the universities and courses/programmes you wish to apply for from a dropdown list.

• You can add more universities/programmes by clicking the ‘Add’ button.

• To modify selected options, click on ‘Update’.

Step 5: Subject and Language Selection (Test Paper Selection)

• Choose minimum 3 and maximum 5 subjects/papers for CUET.

• Select the medium/language (English, Hindi, etc.) in which you want to attempt the exam.

• If selecting fewer than 5 subjects, mark 'NA: Not Applicable' for remaining subject fields.

Step 6: Upload Documents
